1xbet.com.gh is owned and operated by CLICKWELL GHANA LIMITED, and the footer carries two licences from the Gaming Commission of Ghana: Sports Betting License № GCSB26F1615T and Casino License № GCCA26S1100P. The same company name sits in the developer field of both the Google Play and App Store listings for Ghana, so the app you install comes from the same local entity.

What the footer does not give is an issue date, an expiry date or a registered address. None of it is published anywhere on the site, so ask the Gaming Commission, not support chat.

The account rules are blunt in one area. One account per customer, and one per family, address, email address, IP address, card or e-wallet. Re-registering under a new name is banned outright. If something goes wrong, you have 10 days from the moment you knew about it to file a complaint, and support undertakes to answer in full within 30 days. The Commission is for licence breaches; a slow payout or a blocked account goes to the bookmaker first.

Getting paid, and the rules that hold a payout up
